We provide personalized service focused on identifying and solving our customers needs, which allows us to manufacture machinery or complete lines, developing custom designs for each client according to their production requirements and using high-quality materials and components that meet international standards.

OUR MACHINERY
FILLING MACHINES
Our filling machines are custom-built for each project and designed for light liquids and viscous products. We manufacture linear, automatic, and industrial equipment for filling bottles and rigid containers, with different numbers of nozzles depending on each customer’s requirements. Suitable for foaming and non-foaming products such as water, creams, gels, honey, sauces, juice, and more.
LABELING MACHINES
Automatic and semi-automatic labeling machines for bottles, containers, boxes, jars, and other materials. Our equipment can be configured according to each project, with labeling speeds from 60 to 150 bottles per minute, 1 to 4 labeling heads, and support for self-adhesive, heat, wet glue, or pressure-sensitive labels. Available for wrap-around, partial, and front-and-back labeling applications.
CAPPING MACHINES
Automatic and semi-automatic capping machines, including press-on capping equipment. Built in 304 stainless steel, our automatic cappers feature automatic cap orientation and a belt-and-disc system to secure containers and tighten caps efficiently. Capacity: up to 200 containers per minute. Cap diameter range: 14 to 30 mm.
RINSING MACHINES
We manufacture rinsing machines for industrial filling lines, designed to work with conveyor systems and equipped with a mechanical arm for easier handling and operation. Our equipment is suitable for bottles and rigid containers used in different production processes.
BAGGING MACHINES
We manufacture automatic bagging machines built in 304 stainless steel and equipped with an automatic PLC control system. Our equipment is designed for different types of products, including food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and personal care items.
CONVEYORS
We manufacture conveyors designed to move materials continuously and efficiently throughout the production process. Our conveyor systems are custom-designed according to each customer’s project requirements and can be built in stainless steel or carbon steel, with chain or mesh belts in flat, vertical, or horizontal configurations. Available in widths from 1 inch to 48 inches and lengths from 59 inches to 787 inches.
